It's deeply over sold I think it should be pushing 20 cents not ever crawling toward 8 cents, but reality is hartleys want those options and they have the fire power to push it right down to 8cents to make sure they get them.
Every share their clients dispose of now they can pick right back up for 8cents by underwriting, they can't lose, usually you see a pump to get shares over the line this time we will likely see a dump to keep them under, GPH never should have let hartleys underwrite the options.
