I think Hartley's clients got most of those options for free. Why not sell them when you can make money while the heads are driven down and then get them back in the underwriting anyway. They are playing it like a fiddle.
I wouldn't be rushing in to buy the heads even at around 8c imo. It will take some good news to get this thing going again imo as sentiment has been hurt.
