No one is pulling out hartleys will take all the options even if the share price is under 8 cents, we are talking $5mill+ in shares you can't get that volume at 8cents, go out try to buy $500k worth of GPH you will drive the share price to 14cents again.
Hartleys aren't scared they want the shares they see the easy money to be made here, thats why they locked up the underwriter position a while ago, there will be no pump the share price will go no where until after September 30.
Sit back relax nothing is going to happen, until October.
