There's also a 6% discount in there. That's a 1.9c bid.
The bid is non-binding, so they can pull out at any time before the deal is done. If this were an "on market" bid, people would be crying foul about it being a fake bid to prop the price.
An interesting 2019 ahead, that's for sure.
