I did read on a website the average time to approval is similar to the 510, the only problem is you can't 'start' counting until the new submission happens - and when is that likely to be? Could be in 2024?
Hopefully the ongoing studies in Melbourne Dental School will provide enough to move to submission, however, 'over the next 12 months' was mentioned in the Jan quarterly.
So I don't think you'll be able to start counting for quite a while.
