On the 24th Nov 2022 Prof Farah in his address to the AGM stated "the Company successfully lodged its FDA 510(k) notification for the InVivage device".
Therefore one should be able to view the lodged details on the FDA site to assess the status of the application.
There are many applications capable of being viewed thereon but I am unable to locate any detail regarding the Company or the Device.
I wonder why this is the case, I worry that we may have been sold a pup?
Does anybody have any ideas to remove my worries.
I would love to get some clear and unambigious details from the Company Head Office or anybody who does know anything.
