I am very pleased to see such a prestigious group formed (and funded) to advance the cause of Optiscan products.However this is research and the weakness in this company is that technical progress has been slow to generate revenue. It could be argued that we now have a more proficient board and there are funds to see us through a year or two but that must fund a major product launch.
The statements in the latest release are the most bullish I have seen from Optiscan but I believe a close reading of the disclaimer is very necessary as it contains the words "such forward looking statements are not guarantees of future performance."
