I really hope we see a positive 4C and some new contracts around the corner. I bought into this company (a couple of years ago) in part because I liked the noises Gerard Dyson was making. He seemed to have an owner's mentality and real belief in the company. Gerard was quite steadfast (at that stage) that the company wouldn't require additional capital and he gave the impression that he took pride in building a self-sustaining business.

Sadly, I have to say I've lost a lot of faith. He now strikes me as someone more focused on changing market sentiment (e.g., via endless presentations) than on fixing the broken economics of the business. I'm still a holder for now because there are so many opportunities here in the right hands. However, I think there needs to be serious consideration of whether Gerard is the right person to take us forward.
