No worries at all Anush, this company does require a little extra digging for it to make sense. My conversation with Brendan was 10+ weeks ago I think, so I'm sure his plans/thoughts/assumptions would also be tweaked/changing as progress is made, but it does sound similar to what I got from our chat.
I'm very optimistic in the potential for the resource and even more optimistic in the aggressive manner Borg/CLA are making progress, even if every update is met with a sell off. Despite the resource being further confirmed, more aggressive progress being made and a plan outlining future works being detailed. To me this sounds like the company is capable and going about doing the best it can to make progress. Not sure if you can ask for any more.
