Their are betting on the cobalt price improving to make the project viable again. Which is a pretty safe bet imo and if not they have a company with 10m in bank for a new project which is pretty good as well. Med to long term it is a good price to buy in at. If cobalt comes back they double their money, if it doesn't they get a new project and they could double their money on that. Best case scenario is that CLA gets an awesome new project which adds value to the company and then cobalt prices increase and then they will have two projects. Win win at this price.
