...Sounds like they got some crappy results on the metallurgy testing. Was always going to be hard as Cobalt is usually a bi product. It's a credit for a copper or nickle mine.If recovery rates under 50% then it's a struggle to make it stack up with a cobalt price under $60k/t. Especially with 0.11% cobalt and minimal credits from other metals.
Message is clear....Stop drilling, get the metallurgy right, wait for Cobalt price to recover.Was hoping they'd come back with recovery rates over 70% but that's the gamble.
