CLA has a critical mineral that according to this article isn’t leaving the lithium battery anytime soon. With an increased Cobalt price which appears a certainty very soon, plus CLAs deposit being outside the DRC, this ugly duckling may just bloom into a black swan again soon.
Definitely worth a look at current pricing if one is patient and has an appetite for risk.
