This is a bit confusing - the ann. says 11m retail shares will be issued, in addition to the 9.2m already placed.
But, the announcement suggests the SPP will only raise $200k ? 11m = $1.65m
A total of 20m+ of new shares would be a massive increase on the 36m already in play.
I'm taking the SPP, no doubt - but wondering if the dilution is 10m shares, or 20m shares (huge difference).
Any thoughts anyone?
