Yes perhaps, I did make an Opin account to have a look. However, the people commenting on these advertisements are not shareholders like us, and would not have done searches. They are being targeted by the ads based on their demographic.
So unless you've looked at the Opin website, or are the demographic they are targeting, you would not see ads.
