Surely there has to be a valuation of Trial Screen? Seems like we're throwing the baby out with the bathwater - for $1 and 20% of a shelf company.
I just searched ASIC for Trial Screen Pty Ltd (ACN: 676 029 048) - it was registered on Friday 22nd March.
What does our 20% of this company equate to currently?
After all the talk about how great Opin is going to be and shareholders suffering all the cash burn for years - we give it up on the basis that "it's costing us $60k per month anyway".
I'd be amazed if ASX don't issue a "please explain" today.
Surely there has to be a valuation of Trial Screen? Seems like...
