@brrrattt This looks like a deal to benefit Dr Stevenson as well as leaving the directors to easier and more profitable duties.

To gift 80% of future profit for $1 is ludicrous or a very desperate attempt at survival. Shareholders would be wise to learn all they can about the Dr's new company (see attached) before agreeing to this. Remember an unlisted company has a whole different set of rules and could quite easily be structured to never show a profit or any benefit to OPL share holders.

As a none holder I shall not look any deeper but will say it stinks to me.
