Gold scratches hard at the USD/oz 1800 mark. It will not be easy to overcome the 1800 I assume but when the breakthrough is made it will be quick and we will see 1900-2000 in a few weeks.
I assume and I suspect that "Quantitative easing", which already began in autumn 2019, is now becoming exponential. But since a debt problem cannot be solved with even more debt, the attempt will fail miserably. The world will sooner or later see an implosion of the stock market bubble. The next bubble after that will be the bond markets, as the central banks lose control over interest rates. Gold will soon rise to much higher levels as a result of the devaluation of all currencies.
I stick to my scenario: 2200-2500 in 2021 and then towards 3000 2022 (2023 the latest) and I also think that the gold price will not see a depreciation in the years to follow.
Almost the perfect scenario for a gold producer.
