I think the OBM executive have recently come clean on what the key bottle neck in production has been … namely the drill n blast situation.
If you are under staffed with inexperienced operators the flow on impact with grade dilution and lower volume throughputs can’t be easily remedied.
A new drill n blast contractor is now onsite with a much bigger team of experienced staff, and things will improve materially.

The 5 cent rights issue is all and only about the major shareholder with an average entry cost of ~25 cents orchestrating the opportunity to average down (before the operational turnaround is blatantly obvious to all)

In re to your comment about a new drill & blast contractor - able to please provide more context to this i.e. company announcement etc. Haven't seen this anywhere that is all.
