The story goes that the previous operator had 7 rigs on site but only had the operational staff to be able to be utilising 6 (guessing 12 qualified staff)
The new drill n blast operator has better rigs and 19 qualified staff on site (so possibility of utilising the new rigs on a 3 x 8hr shift basis)
this should be the game changer in terms of volumes and grade control
