This bastard does know a few things about secondary market corporate finance:
$1.118m raised, of which $480m was deeply-discounted placement stock and $114m worth of entitlement stock ended up in the hot hands of the underwriters.
Since you are seemingly so over the moon with this deal maybe you can provide some exit liquidity for the 42m shares sitting with the underwriters and which are now going to be looking for a home.
