Anything under 3 bucks is pretty good.
I wouldn't see it as a falling knife.
The term ''falling'' knife is usually applied to a share which is on the way down , and it is in danger of falling a lot further.
By definition, to be avoided.
A bit like , ''I bought it yesterday because it looked like a bargain , today , down more, so let's buy more''
Move on another day , ''Oh god , what is all that red on my hands''.
