Not sure about the beautiful completion from Instos, nor their apparent greediness... only 83% institutional entitlement take up.
Seems like the institutional investors are balking at ORA management effectively asking shareholders to fund a doubling in the size of the company.... for the privilege of taking on manufacturing operations in Europe, notably France.
And based on the way the stock price has crashed through TERP this morning, evidently the broader market is also not overly enamored with that prospect.
