Retail can now just buy on market at a price that is less than the capital raising price.
Buy on market today $2.68 capital raising price $2.70.
Why subscribe???
This means the retail underwritten component will start getting dumped on market by the underwriters.
Insto's can also just buy on market cheaper, so insto's not likely to buy the retail component.
