A factor that should be taken into account is what percentage of the shares are at present held by retail .

However , management has just wiped 20% of the value of our investments , presumably because the south of France is nice this time of year?
And , yippee, value accretive per share , if everything goes well, ''mid single digit'' .
Is that a polite way of saying if we are really lucky our divis may go up 5% , ie the last divi for instance would have been 9.45c instead of 9?
Gee , shouldn't take too long to get the 40c of capital loss back.
I presume any executive share options vesting conditions will be adjusted so they dont suffer.
