Raising $1.345m was a big ask. Only 39% of retail entitlements, including the +50% excess entitlements, were taken up. This follows tepid interest in the institutional offer. Underwriters are now holding a giant pile of unwanted stock they will need to promptly trade out of.
In a word, indigestion. The supply of stock V demand had blown out the wazoo.
The ORA business is sound, the acquisition coherent and logical. Watching with interest.
