2.40's sounds like good numbers.
I am not sure that the underwriters are finished , and I think there will be plenty of instos who took up their entitlements, who will be a tad cheesed off, and looking to sell down. So rhings might be fragile for a while yet.
I disagree that this was a fundamentally good acquisition .
And the price it is now, probably reflects that , just as much any share overhang .
If you look at the projections in their investment case , " mid single digit percentage value accretion per share'', weasel words for less than 5%.
That , of course , relies on everything going well , including synergies .
My bet , lucky to break even overall on the transaction, and a substantial drop in profit per share likely.
Share price probably about right , be fascinating to see if it gets back to its previous high this decade.

despite my sentiment of hold , I would run for the hills if it ever hits 3 bucks.
