It's amazing that the patterns of buying overpriced European assets and buying from private equity/hedge funds are well established but overpriced management still seem happy to blow up shareholders funds going into debt to pursue it again and again.
I still think ORA is value at these levels and likely to be an overreaction but what's unmistakable is the impact to shareholders and I can't see why ANYONE associated with this purchase should receive a single dollar in bonuses or incentives until the share price recovers. If it performs and the responsible management is still around then fine but until then they should wait patiently like the rest of us.
