Painful tape. Part of the game. Seems like a simple technical breakdown maybe 'omgerd they overpaid for an asset' is a bit myopic where its overdone. I'm long at $2.20 and expect it to bounce back probably from some point under here such as $1.85 or $1.70. The upside-down U after the guidance drop from $2.70, had too shallow a form, and so its right leg was more likely to ultimately break and here we are.
