Whether ORA paid a fair price for Saverglass or not is irrelevant - beyond what it says about the quality of management's judgement. What we have before us is merged ORA + Saverglass, post-raise at $2.50, selling at 2.12.
Awful for prior holders and all who ponied up for the cap raise.
The question now is - does ORA represent value?
