Yeah didn't get off the ground.
There's still a lot of scepticism on Activist funds in Australia...convincing people that you can make significant changes when you've only got 10% of the equity would be a hard sell.
Still good that they see potential in there. IMO let the Saverglass acquisition settle down for a few years, slowly drip out the synergies...and you're back to having a good business again.
