If they sell for $2.70 it's basically admitting that the Saverglass acquisition was a mistake in which case no one involved should receive a dollar of incentives for any periods from the time of decision until it is shown to succeed. Certainly no golden handshake for stuffing it up and then exiting stage left.
If board and management are still committed and convinced I'd give them until FY25 results to demonstrate they're on the right path.
