Who knows when the shorts will be squeezed too hard. It wouldn't shock me if some of the recent volume has been shorts closing their positions. But we need alot more trade before the shorts are gone.

I suspect many of them are holding on in times of pain just like NIC holder did when it was in the low 70c. It could be a slow unwind or a big squeeze. Either way it will be interesting, especially if nickel prices remain high.

Personally I'll be happy with $1.40-1.60 over the next 12 months, anything else is a bonus. I'll be a loyal holder, until I'm not. And that normally occurs when it is on the high end of what I consider 'fairly priced', NIC is a long way from that now!
