What a roller coaster.
Like Timber7 suggested, NIC is very much being driven by the LME commodity price. So further volatility is to be expected. I suspect that many of the trading action might be retail simply jumping on the Nickel bandwagon on the news. The reality is that actual traded NPI and nickel matte prices aren't nearly as volatile as the LME.
Also like Timer7 suggests, I too am comforted by NIC's position as a low cost producer. Though we shouldn't forget that they are geographically surrounded by other low cost producers too. Either way... I'm staying on this roller coaster as I believe the long term outlook is still rosy.
