They really needed to nail the sale. I thought there was tangible value in Oracle Ridge....it now appears not. Puts them in a difficult position now with debt (very fortunate to have a lender onside at least) and the share price at lows meaning severe dilution at future raises. If Oracle Ridge is not economic at these Cu prices, how high does it have to go?
I really dislike management trying to gloss over what is plainly bad news/disappointment with the tailings announcement.
They're banking on a commercial find now at Silver Mountain. I got this very wrong
