w27's reply is correct, I think. The last thing you would receive is any type of specific reply. Because if it doesn't happen, you have grounds to sue the director or executive. They are extremely sensitive about how they present information, especially in the company's current situation, because there is a lot going on. And if they aren't, they need to fire their lawyers for allowing them to expose themselves to potential legal action.
