What I can't understand is why are we stumping up all these additional operational costs for this team to get the Orbost working, but we have these deferred payments to APA for our hard work and cost?? The first set of rates also implied reward for APA even if they sit there on smoko!!! High rates (because of our capital) and they take the cream from us.
Also that last diagram shows the complexities of the running a plant. Albo, Chalmers, Andrews need to realise the importance of gas, its heavy capital required and that if spot prices got above $40 not meddling in the laws of supply & demand.
