Let me put it this way @Bullseye80. I'm not making any investment decisions based on a mythical 3rd absorber. COE aren't even talking about it seriously just throwing it out there as a bone for retail investors to cling to.
No mention of cost
How much it would increase production (if it would work properly)
When it could be installed (~3-5yrs from the go date when ever that might be)
What's the point in talking about - Effect on price would contain local price but with increasing mid term demand will be under pressure for foreseeable future. Also with the ban on gas development, that will keep pressure on spot price - when COE can't increase production in the foreseeable future to take advantage of it
