    Great post Oscar,

    As Peter confirmed, ORD have already lodged mining application documents with the Lao government. The optimism expressed by Peter brings me to the conclusion that the application is expected to be granted sooner rather than later. This will ensure that ORD has priority over other sharks lurking in the vicinity.
