Why would you think they would need to capital raise at the moment?
They seem to have a decent amount of cash at the moment, Golden Grove is still operating (I didnt get the exact figures, but it does make more revenue than Capricorn Copper), debt repayments seem reasonable, and the construction of the tailings facilities will be completed soon so AISC will hopefully reduce. Relevant excerpts below.
Hopefully the Copper Price holds above $3.50 USD so they can get things humming along. Looks like they have a bit of a cushion, however, i am not that much of an expert.
