If anyone is thinking of buying, take a look at the annual report and see the peanuts the Directors have in the company. Virtually zero, and when you consider the Chair and Non Exec Directors are picking up $1m in year in fees, they should have at least $2-3m invested in the company that they have bought themselves.
CEO earning $1.5m pa he should also have some hard earned on it, not gifted shares.
As I have said before wouldn't buy one share until I see a vote of confidence.
