re permits, the main advantage of what trump is doing (for NWC) IMO is permitting certainty, not necessarily permit fast tracking. Regardless or whether the permits get issued quicker or not, surely the financiers must have more confidence in the permits being issued potentially leading to quicker and/or better financing deals (due to reduced risk) not to mention cheaper financing via the equity component if our SP rises on the back of permit certainty increase.
Earlier finance and FID leads to early development of the decline (pre permit granting) leading to both the mine being ready when the processing plant is, and earlier ability to do the underground drill part of the exploration and resource definition program.
