And like the one in Zambia in the news a present it would have the tailings dam collapse and pollute 60% of the country's water. That's because they are corrupt cut corners and don't care about lives, especially about lives in other countries. I mean if they are happy to build "tofu dreg": buildings, bridges, dams, E Bikes and everything else in their own country why care about Hēi guǐ.
The high-speed rail failures are particularly damaging "There have been reports of train derailments on Chinese-built railways in Laos and Pakistan." That just the ones we know about because everything is hushed up. A 10X to 30X multiplier for the Chinese domestic ones is appropriate.
