Why they can't find another party to do that for that block of the main board I don't know.
More likely it's intended as a visible deterrent to stop SP running way high. 20M shares at 2.8c is AUD560K.
As a mine manager said when we were measuring a clarified solution flow. "I can piss faster than that!" It was 30 gal/min (720 TPH).
