    Share prices get manipulated for many reasons. Accumulation, controlled selling etc..

    Typically, the VWAP (Volume Weighted Average Price) is the technical tool used to negotiate price point. If you read a lot of CR documentation you'll see that the VWAP is quoted as determining the price point for a raise.

    Anyway, a lot of cross trades are happening, the volume has been consistently up and the closing price is being set each day. There's an active algo buying into the price lines some days and selling others. Interestingly, the massive sell wall has disappeared.

    All those factors lead me to think it might be an accumulation of some type, but that's just a guess based on those things above I've noticed.
