It looks that way on the face of it but any tariff increases that remain are likey to cloud the demand picture for finished Cu (as opposed to concentrate). I know the board watch the outlook for Cu concentrate pretty carefully, so I'll leave it to them, given they can make some tradeoffs in any streaming agreement.
Thanks for the update, I note the SP has been responding in the last few weeks (which is to use a flawed metaphor, "The acid test"*).
