yea this is good news. but I think the point is the shares are probably still worth half a cent.

another capital raise is around 100% certain in the next ~2 months (if not sooner). that capital raise will be at a low price (maybe 0.4c) so so need to buy at a high price today (most people are just trying to push the price somewhere that doesn't make sense so they can flip). I think the market was sensible to keep this around 0.6c.

UUV needs another $2m to get them to the point where they can actually deliver this order. we are talking about a massive dilution. so have hope, hope is good, and this is better than no news, but no reason to really run the share price.
