    My feeling is Japan. Last year the parliament - Diet - repealed law set back from end of World War II that Japanese soldiers and military asstets can serve overseas. Another is the dispute with China regarding a couple islands.
    With the US Navy's massive operations globally, you expect more orders are in the pipeline.
