How nice of you to raise this issue - it's been one of my pet projects to seek out wtf is happening.
The tranches of options granted were to vest after 1 and 2 years from November 2018 (50% each year)
So far, no announcement has been made that these options have vested and are 'live' , so anyone looking at the potential fully diluted SOI, has no clue whether it's 30m higher than currently published or not.
I can't get any answer from the company, on why these haven't vested to Tolga, but as far as I'm concerned, they haven't, until they are announced as unlisted vested options.
I would ask the question - what has he ever done for the company, and perhaps the answer to that explains why these haven't been vested to him.......you guys who profess to know everything about the goings on behind the scenes might like to put me out of my misery, once and for all So far, after repeated prompts - nada
Anyway, we might get a sniff at 35?
