Makes no difference to me it's the board and managements job to solve the funding and JV issues. They had ample time to get a JV done. Where is it?

They earn the BIG BUCKS to get things done and hit MILESTONES. Thats what theyre PAID BY SHAREHOLDERS to do. If they cant get things done, they need to step aside. Simple as that.

Im only an interested observer as I know many friends and family that hold SDL stock and I'm willing to go into bat for them.

My suggestion the board pull their finger out and find a bid higher than the one they've agreed to, OR try and be straight up with shareholders for a change instead of releasing promise after promise of a JV deal, all the while theyre releasing a stunning resource upgrade on an ever expanding world class resource where the share price GOES DOWN!
