If you put yourself in the suits shoes they have spent our money way back when so keeping ordinary Joe Blogs shareholders up to speed is not a priority or a must.
The numbers look great on paper but DCM are up to their neck in 250 million euros of debt and aim to sell off their non-core assets including the WIM 150. This info is all over the Internet…
OZC one of the biggest Zircon companies in China owns the remaining 20% stake of the WIM 150.
The WIM 150 is a massive project that will create 500+ jobs and has a 50+ year mine life with upgrades already in the bag.
Is it possible that DCM sell on AZC without a re-list???
Who will buy out DCM’s 75% stake of AZC, OZC???
Why would AZC push through the BFS results for immediate release to the market???
Is AZC worth more as a going concern after a re-list and who will benefit???
AZC is only a goer if it re-lists and is whisked off its feet by a big investor, in saying that AZC are starting to make all the right noises...
